  • Monitor and follow up client’s response to the proposal/sample items and exert effort to close the deal.
  • Provide assistance and support in the ordering, deliveries, collections and other related process.
  • Track weekly/monthly/quarterly/annually sales targets achievement and weekly submission of reports on account status and daily activities.
  • Address promptly customer complaints and inquiries including post-sales needs.
  • Develop new business/products with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.
  • Ensure forecast/P.O’s are submitted regularly and monitored.
  • Perform other duties assigned from time to time.
