OZAKI Kani Salad Recipe
Ingredients:
- 100g Ozaki Crabstick, shredded
- 100g Cucumber, julienne
- 50g Carrots, julienne
- 100g Mango, thin slices
- 1 tbsp Ozaki Tobiko
- Black and white toasted sesame seeds for garnish
For the Dressing:
- 70g Ozaki Mayonnaise
- 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
- Salt & Pepper to taste
Procedure:
- For the dressing: In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk until well combined.
- In a separate mixing bowl add the shredded crabsticks, julienned cucumber, carrots, mango, and tobiko
- Add the dressing. Toss until the salad is nicely coated with the dressing.
- Top with sesame seeds more tobiko if desired.
- Serve and enjoy!
