OZAKI Kani Salad

OZAKI Kani Salad Recipe


  • 100g Ozaki Crabstick, shredded
  • 100g Cucumber, julienne
  • 50g Carrots, julienne
  • 100g Mango, thin slices
  • 1 tbsp Ozaki Tobiko
  • Black and white toasted sesame seeds for garnish 

For the Dressing:

  • 70g Ozaki Mayonnaise
  • 1/2 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • Salt & Pepper to taste



  1. For the dressing: In a small bowl, add all the ingredients and whisk until well combined. 
  2. In a separate mixing bowl add the shredded crabsticks, julienned cucumber, carrots, mango, and tobiko
  3. Add the dressing. Toss until the salad is nicely coated with the dressing. 
  4. Top with sesame seeds more tobiko if desired.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
