KING CHEF Lumpiang Shanghai
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup King Chef Water Chestnuts, chopped
- ¼ cup chopped onions
- 500g ground pork
- ¼ cup chopped carrots
- 1tbsp ABC Sweet Soy Sauce
- 1pc beaten egg
- ¼ tsp ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp chicken powder
- 3 tbsp Yamato SoySauce
- 3 tbsp chopped kinchay
- 12-15 pcs lumpia wrapper
Procedure:
For the filling:
- Mix all ingredients together until well combined.
- Place 2 tbsp. of filling in the center of the wrapper. Roll and seal with water.
- Fry until cooked and golden. Serve with Sweet Chili Sauce
