ABC Beef Liver Steak Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Beef Liver:
1 kg Beef Liver, slice into 1/2-inch-thick steaks
For the Marinade/ Sauce:
1/2 cup Soy Sauce
2 tablespoons of ABC Sweet Sauce (Kecap Manis)
4 tablespoons Calamansi Juice
1/2 cup Cooking Oil
4 White Onions, sliced into rings
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper, ground
Instructions:
For the Marinade:
Marinate liver slices in soy sauce, salt, ABC Sweet Sauce, and calamansi juice for at least 30 minutes.
For the Beef Liver:
Saute onions for 3 to 4 minutes in medium fire, set aside.
Drain the liver, reserving the marinade for later use.
Fry the liver in the same pan until it turns brown on both sides. Add the onions on top.
In a separate pan, simmer the reserved marinade for a few minutes.
Season with salt and pepper then pour it over the liver and onions.
