DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse and logistics processes, including inventory management, order fulfillment, and transportation.
- Manage and supervise a team of warehouse staff, ensuring productivity and adherence to safety protocols.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth inbound and outbound logistics.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular audits to minimize discrepancies.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and procurement, to forecast demand and plan inventory levels.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in warehouse and logistics management.
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse & Logistics Manager or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and transportation logistics.
- Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) software.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
