DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver and Achieve sales targets.
- Monitor progress and develop plans to address variance.
- Forecast: Participate in the trade sales demand forecast.
- Responsible for the achievement of Account’s Reach and Frequency objectives.
- Responsible for the achievement of Account’s Call effectivity objectives.
- Responsible for the achievement of Retail Performance Standards for the covered accounts.
- Developing top key customers through the execution of differentiated national and customized activities
- Ensuring regular customer engagement to further build business and relationship
- Responsible for leading field execution teams to ensure perfect basics, efficient store operations, and competitive growth
- Planning and executing category-growing initiatives to win in the customer via cross-functional engagement and stakeholder management
- Responsible for point-of-purchase excellence based on agreed key performance indicators
REQUIREMENTS
- With Strong FMCG background
- Candidates must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, or equivalent.
- Preferably 1-4 Years Experienced Employee specialized in Sales
