HR SPECIALIST

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creating and maintaining master HR files; ensure paperwork is complete and compliant with
  • DOLE’s regulatory requirements; complete periodic reconciliation of benefits and payroll records and rectify issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained.
  • Assist in the administrative function and outsourced services of the organization including security services, management of the office premises, facilities and all office equipment and property and ensure safety in the workplace and provision of working tools.
  • Serve as the main point of contact with the outsourced services provider.
  • Assist in the development of administrative systems on records management, transport, and office maintenance.
  • Assist in overall office activities and provide administrative support to the executive leadership.
  • Assist in the acquisition and maintenance of computer equipment and supplies in accordance with purchasing policies and budgetary restrictions

REQUIREMENTS

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s or College Degree of Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration or its equivalent.
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
