DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Plans and illustrates concepts by designing graphic layouts of art and copy regarding arrangement, size, type size and style, and related aesthetics following a specific branding guideline.
- Work with a wide range of media and graphic design with the following output formats: stills, basic motion graphics, ATL artworks, other design needs for marketing push.
- Coordinates with internal teams, including marketing, in the design concept phase through completion of a project.
- Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

1. QUALITY & EFFICIENCY. Measuring creativity to make sure that the quality of the graphic is a good one. To implement improvement ideas for the next designs.
2. IMPACT & ATTENTION TO DETAIL. Measure creativity to make sure that the results don’t just look nice and professional but help us achieve our business goals.
3. TIME. Time is limited, so we need to make sure that we move fast from discussion. Designer response time should be monitored.
