DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- eCommerce Listings Quality Control
- Daily review of live listings on the different marketplaces
- Ongoing correction of errors and missing listings
- Assist in listings creation
- Ongoing category mapping
- Ongoing brand ID mapping
- Escalate errors and missing listings that requires higher technical attention
- Processing of Sales Orders and coordination with the Operations Team regarding the order fulfillment
REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing plus 1 year of marketing, e-commerce, digital marketing, communications or sales experience reflecting increasing levels of responsibility.
- Highly organized
- An excellent attention to detail & quality
- Analytical skills to draw conclusions from data and sales reports
- Super positive, energetic and enthusiastic with a creative mind, bursting with ideas and the drive
- Experience in Food Trade Industry or any similar working experience
- An enthusiastic & energetic, ‘go the extra mile’ work ethic
- An intuitive grasp of brand with a ‘customer first’ approach
- Strong organization skills
