DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Food items are prepared and cooked within prescribed delivery/pick-up time to avoid cancellation of orders.
- Follows standard recipes and portion controls (see standard recipe book)
- Marketing promotions related to food offerings are implemented according to expectations.
- Cleaning is done at start, during and end of shift to ensure standards of cleanliness are met.
- Proper cooking and preparation set-up must be done prior to the start of production.
- Quality of food items are checked before releasing or dispatching.
- Status of orders and current inventory must be endorsed on a daily basis using the logbook.
- Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Corporate Chef and/or management from time to time.
REQUIREMENTS
- Culinary Arts graduate is an advantage.
- With at least 1-year previous experience, in the same capacity.
