CULINARY ASSOCIATE

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Food items are prepared and cooked within prescribed delivery/pick-up time to avoid cancellation of orders.
  • Follows standard recipes and portion controls (see standard recipe book)
  • Marketing promotions related to food offerings are implemented according to expectations.
  • Cleaning is done at start, during and end of shift to ensure standards of cleanliness are met.
  • Proper cooking and preparation set-up must be done prior to the start of production.
  • Quality of food items are checked before releasing or dispatching.
  • Status of orders and current inventory must be endorsed on a daily basis using the logbook.
  • Perform other functions that may be assigned by the Corporate Chef and/or management from time to time.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Culinary Arts graduate is an advantage.
  • With at least 1-year previous experience, in the same capacity.
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
