DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Basic administration and Accounting Clerical Works
- Updating and maintaining procedural documentation
- Process Accreditation (Permits) and Assets
- Monthly / Quarterly Liquidation Report
- Filing of check vouchers and all related documents
- Liaise with concerned government agencies and submit application for needed documents.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
- At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledgeable in accounts payables, accounts receivables, BIR/Tax payments such as but not limited to 1601, 2550, Vat Payments, Tax relief payments, SSS payments, ITR, and other financial related tasks.
