OZAKI Masago Sushi Roll Recipe
Ingredients:
- 1 Ozaki Nori Sheet
- 100g of cooked sushi rice
- 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
- 85g of Ozaki Masago Orange
Instructions:
- Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori sheet, leaving a 2 cm margin at one end.
- Place the avocado near the opposite end of the nori sheet.
- Roll the sushi into a log shape, starting with the side closest to the filling and ensuring the filling stays tucked in.
- Cut the sushi into 8 equal-sized pieces.
- Add a small spoonful of Ozaki Masago Orange on the top.
