Ozaki Masago Sushi Roll

OZAKI Masago Sushi Roll Recipe


  • 1 Ozaki Nori Sheet
  • 100g of cooked sushi rice
  • 1/2 avocado, peeled, pitted, and sliced
  • 85g of Ozaki Masago Orange


  1.       Spread a thin layer of sushi rice over the nori sheet, leaving a 2 cm margin at one end.
  2.       Place the avocado near the opposite end of the nori sheet.
  3.       Roll the sushi into a log shape, starting with the side closest to the filling and ensuring the filling stays tucked in.
  4.       Cut the sushi into 8 equal-sized pieces.
  5.       Add a small spoonful of Ozaki Masago Orange on the top.
