GABAN Creamy Coriander Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
- 1 1/4 teaspoons Gaban Ground Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon Gaban Garlic Powder
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/8 teaspoon Gaban Ground Turmeric
- 1 1/4 pounds thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 3 tablespoons butter, divided
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Cilantro
- 3/4 cup chicken stock
- 1/4 cup dry white wine
- 3 tablespoons heavy cream
Instructions:
- Combine cornstarch, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and turmeric in a dish. Coat chicken with the mixture.
- In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook half of the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and repeat with the remaining chicken.
- Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, cilantro, chicken stock, and wine until smooth. Stir this mixture into the skillet. Constantly stirring, bring it to a boil on medium heat and let it boil for 1 minute. Stir in cream, then spoon the sauce over the chicken to serve.
