Creamy Coriander Chicken

GABAN Creamy Coriander Chicken Recipe


  •       2 tablespoons cornstarch, divided
  •       1 1/4 teaspoons Gaban Ground Coriander
  •       1/4 teaspoon Gaban Garlic Powder
  •       1/4 teaspoon Salt
  •       1/8 teaspoon Gaban Ground Turmeric
  •       1 1/4 pounds thin-sliced boneless skinless chicken breasts
  •       3 tablespoons butter, divided
  •       1 1/2 teaspoons Cilantro
  •       3/4 cup chicken stock
  •       1/4 cup dry white wine
  •       3 tablespoons heavy cream


  1.       Combine cornstarch, coriander, garlic powder, salt, and turmeric in a dish. Coat chicken with the mixture.
  2.       In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 tablespoons of butter. Cook half of the chicken for 3 to 4 minutes per side until lightly browned. Remove and keep warm. Melt the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter and repeat with the remaining chicken.
  3.       Mix the remaining 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, cilantro, chicken stock, and wine until smooth. Stir this mixture into the skillet. Constantly stirring, bring it to a boil on medium heat and let it boil for 1 minute. Stir in cream, then spoon the sauce over the chicken to serve.
