ABC Orange Chicken Recipe
Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
1.5 lbs (about 700g) boneless, skinless chicken thighs or breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
Salt and pepper, to taste
1 cup cornstarch, for coating
2 large eggs, beaten
Vegetable oil, for frying
For the Orange Sauce:
1 cup orange juice (freshly squeezed is preferable)
Zest of one orange
1/3 cup ABC Sweet Sauce
1/4 cup rice vinegar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 teaspoon sesame oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon ginger, grated
Red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
For Garnish:
Green onions, sliced
Sesame seeds
Optional: ABC Sambal Asli
