JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Manage the key accounts strategically and also with a business orientation.
  • Develop and execute monthly/quarterly and yearly customer plans.
  • Achieve agreed sales volume and control of expenses.
  • Product Management (Forecast, Availability, Listing, Merchandising, Shelf Share, Pricing).
  • Development and retention of the distribution network timely and professionally.

  • Supervise and lead of the Modern Trade sales team.

  • Implement and recommend sales strategies and plans.
  • Set objectives and targets for the sales staff and the distribution network in the assigned area.
  • Set and ongoing adjust working calendar/sales routes for the sales team to maximize productivity and service.Understand and follow the competitive market situation.
  • Management of the sales administration (credit, delivery coordination, cash, commissions, and report writing).
  • Maximize customer service and take any necessary action to maintain the same including the satisfaction of any customer complaints.
  • Adhere to the company’s Accounting and Administration policies and guidelines.
  • Identify and act on cost reduction opportunities especially those that arise out of increased collaboration with the customer.
  • Set up Standard Operating Procedures to service Key Account Customers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent. Minimum 5 years of experience in the same level of Modern and Traditional Trade management in FMCG field

RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Digital Marketing Specialist job entails focusing on SEO and content marketing, development, and execution of marketing campaign strategies via digital channels (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and the analysis of online marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics, and  perform various functions, which primarily involves promoting a product, service, or brand using online strategies

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Champions the digital strategy and tactics pre-determined to grow his assigned brands.
  2. Manages the day to day operation (scheduling, attending to inquiries  of all social media accounts and streams of McAsia, Kobeya, and McPack brands.
  3. Creates content that is aligned with the brand and company goals. Ensuring that all content is in the right quantity, right quality, right time and right execution.
  4. Plans SEO campaigns; optimizes copy and landing pages for search engine optimization; performs ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities; Creates and executes paid and unpaid social media Ad campaigns via Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
  5. Responsible for creating the story-lines, copy, and subject-lines; timing, segmentation, and graphics, and the entire strategy behind all email marketing campaigns to build a list.
  6. Responsible for the technical execution of webcasting events for production studio  Serves as the backup producer/director for webcast events.
