Heng's Spicy Prawn Fried Rice
Ingredients:
- 2 tbs vegetable oil
- ¼ cup onion
- 1 tbs garlic
- 200g prawns
- ¼ cup Heng’s Crispy Prawn Chili
- 1 tsp Shaoxing cooking wine
- 2 tbs oyster sauce
- 2 tbs light soy sauce
- ½ cup carrots
- 2 spring onions, chopped
- ½ cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1tsp sesame oil
Cooking Method:
- Season the prawns with salt, white pepper, and Chinese cooking wine, set it aside.
- Stir fry the prawns in oil over medium heat, add garlic and stir fry until fragrant.
- Add the eggs and stir fry until almost set. Set aside prawns.
- Toss in onions, carrots, and frozen peas. Stir fry until vegetables are cooked through.
- Add the rice and sauce and stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Transfer into a serving platter and sprinkle with spring onions.
