Heng's Prawn Noodle Soup

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet (200g) Heng’s Prawn Noodle Paste
  • 400g Yellow Noodle
  • 100g Water Spinach 
  • 100g Prawn
  • 50g Bean Sprout
  • 1 small Fish Cake
  • 2 nos Hard Boiled Eggs
  • Fried Shallots for Garnishing
  • 1800ml Water

Cooking Method:

  1. Blanch water spinach, bean sprout & noodle.
  2. Pour Heng’s Prawn Noodle Sauce to 1800ml of boiling water.
  3. Cook prawn in the stock.
  4. Arrange all ingredients on bowl.
  5. Pour the prawn soup over and serve it!
