Heng's Prawn Noodle Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 packet (200g) Heng’s Prawn Noodle Paste
- 400g Yellow Noodle
- 100g Water SpinachÂ
- 100g Prawn
- 50g Bean Sprout
- 1 small Fish Cake
- 2 nos Hard Boiled Eggs
- Fried Shallots for Garnishing
- 1800ml Water
Cooking Method:
- Blanch water spinach, bean sprout & noodle.
- Pour Heng’s Prawn Noodle Sauce to 1800ml of boiling water.
- Cook prawn in the stock.
- Arrange all ingredients on bowl.
- Pour the prawn soup over and serve it!
