GABAN Apple Cinnamon Crepes Recipe
Ingredients:
- 3 apples, cored and peeled
- 3 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon GABAN Ground Cinnamon
- Homemade crepes
Instructions:
- Chop apples into small cubes, place them in a medium bowl.
- Add brown sugar and GABAN Ground Cinnamon, toss to coat apples. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
- Heat the apple mixture on medium heat in a skillet right before serving.
- Warm the crepes in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
- Place the chopped apples on top of the open crepe, fold it into a pocket shape.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving, if desired.
