Apple Cinnamon Crepe

GABAN Apple Cinnamon Crepes Recipe

Ingredients:

  •       3 apples, cored and peeled
  •       3 tablespoons brown sugar
  •       1 teaspoon GABAN Ground Cinnamon
  •       Homemade crepes

Instructions:

  1.       Chop apples into small cubes, place them in a medium bowl.
  2.       Add brown sugar and GABAN Ground Cinnamon, toss to coat apples. Let it sit for 20 minutes.
  3.       Heat the apple mixture on medium heat in a skillet right before serving.
  4.       Warm the crepes in the microwave for about 20 seconds.
  5.       Place the chopped apples on top of the open crepe, fold it into a pocket shape.
  6.       Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon before serving, if desired.
