DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and enhance a company’s brand or reputation in the public’s eye.
• Ensure brand consistency with the help of the Brand Team.
• Develop and enrich customer service experience by driving profitable sales, brand growth and loyalty for a number of business areas.
• In-charge of social media content calendar, all-year plans, etc.
• Carry out over-all marketing plans to the following brands: Um-mami, Heng’s, Sea Chef and/or ABC, Thai Dancer and Ozaki
• Ensure brand communication for areas of responsibility are consistent with the company and brand positioning.
• Coordinate and manage content management and information sharing among departments, divisions and external customers and divisions.
REQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or any business-related course
• Experience in marketing, brand management and events are advantages but not required
• Exposure to FMCG industry is an advantage
• Should be detail oriented, CREATIVE, responsible, and a team player • Should be efficient and willing to learn new things
