Pork Adobo
Ingredients
- 2 lbs Pork belly
- 2 tbsp garlic (minced or crushed)
- 2 pcs bay leaves
- 4 tbsp vinegar
- 1/2 cup Kikkoman Soy Sauce Koikuchi
- 1 tbsp peppercorn
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup stock
- Salt to taste
Cooking Instructions
- 01 Mix pork belly with soy sauce, vinegar, bay leaves, peppercorn, and garlic.
- 02 Sear the marinated pork until brown on all sides, then set aside.
- 03 In the same pan, saute garlic until fragrant.
- 04 Put back the pork into the pan, cover, and bring to a boil.
- 05 Once boiling, add the stock.
- 06 Simmer for 20 to 25 minutes or until the pork is tender.
- 07 Transfer to a platter and serve hot.
