Ingredients

  • 16 oz fresh noodles
  • 6 oz boneless chicken breast
  • 12 pcs King Chef shiitake mushroom
  • 3/4 cup Chinese chives, chopped
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped
  • 5 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 6 cups water
  • 1/4 cup shaoxing cooking wine
  • 3 tbsp King Chef canola oil
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth

Cooking Instructions

  1. 01 Over medium-high heat, add oil in a wok. Add chicken and stir-fry for 3 minutes or until cooked. Set aside.
  2. 02 Add shrimp, season with salt and pepper, and stir-fry for 3 minutes. Set aside.
  3. 03 In the same wok, saute onion and garlic. Add dark soy sauce and shaoxing wine.
  4. 04 Add cooked chicken, carrots, and shiitake mushroom. Pour in chicken broth and mix.
  5. 05 Add noodles and toss gently for 1 to 2 minutes until evenly coated.
  6. 06 Add chives, spring onions, and cooked shrimp. Plate and serve.
