Ingredients

  • 1 pack wonton wrappers (around 50)
  • 2 lbs shell-on medium shrimp (or 1 lb 10 oz deshelled)
  • 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 pc egg white

Cooking Instructions

  1. 01 In a bowl, mix Sea Chef shrimp with shaoxing wine.
  2. 02 Add cornstarch, salt, sugar, sesame oil, and white pepper.
  3. 03 Add egg white and combine well. Set aside.
  4. 04 Place 1 tablespoon of filling on a wrapper and fold to seal.
  5. 05 Repeat until all filling or wrappers are used.
  6. 06 Boil broth, cook wontons, and serve hot.
