EMPLOYEE RELATIONS OFFICER

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Will look after employee welfare, listen and address their concerns and promote open communication between management and people.
  • Will mainly address administration and resolution of cases as well as coordination with external parties to address compliance to regulatory standards and securing necessary permits and licenses.
  • Supplementary function will include upkeep and maintenance of the corporate office. Address DOLE’s requirement for the Health and Safety programs. 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Labor Relations, Political Science, Law or related field required.
  • At least 2-3years of professional human resources administration required with experience in employee relations preferred.
